New Year = Introspection

The new year is a great time to engage in introspection.

We had an active and busy 2018, and I truly believe the WSO was up to the challenge of providing a smart and sophisticated Sikh voice in Canada. 

However, there is always room for improvement and critical analysis. 

That is why we are asking you to complete a 2-minute survey by January 18th to tell us how we can do even better in 2019.

The survey is completely anonymous and will help us set our strategic vision for this year and beyond. 

We can only speak effectively for Sikh Canadians if we stay engaged with the grassroots and sincerely provide you an opportunity to provide feedback. 

While our Board is young, diverse and dynamic - we want to ensure we do not get stuck in a bubble.

2019 will be even more challenging than 2018, and we have to be ready to fearlessly advocate for our community in a voice that is relevant and vibrant.
