Canada Must Stand for Justice, Not Reward Repression
The World Sikh Organization of Canada (WSO) is calling on all Canadians—especially those who value justice, human rights, and national sovereignty—to act now.
Prime Minister Mark Carney has invited Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi to the G7 Summit in Alberta, despite India’s refusal to cooperate in the investigation into the assassination of Canadian Sikh leader Hardeep Singh Nijjar, and RCMP-confirmed transnational repression against Sikhs in Canada.
This is a betrayal. Canada must not normalize or reward foreign interference, political violence, and impunity.
Take Action: Email the Prime Minister and Key Ministers:
Let our leaders know this is unacceptable. With one click, you can send a message demanding that:
-
Prime Minister Modi’s G7 invitation be rescinded
-
Canada take a firm stand against foreign interference
-
The government uphold its responsibility to protect all Canadians
Every message counts. Let them know: Sikhs are not expendable. Canada must choose justice.
