Healthy Families Conference on May 7

Surrey (May 2, 2011):  The World Sikh Organization of Canada in partnership with Options Community Services, 93.1 Red FM, Guru Nanak Sikh Gurdwara Surrey, Gurdwara Dashmesh Darbar, Gurdwara Sri Guru Singh Sabha Surrey, Gurdwara Khalsa Diwan New Westminster and Diversecity present "Healthy Families," a conference fostering constructive growth and development in our families.

The conference will feature discussions by community leaders, experts and specialists on issues such as managing extended family dynamics, growing as a couple and promoting the concepts of sewa and citizenship in children.

The conference will be held on May 7, 2011 at Kwantlen Polytechnic University at the Surrey Campus (12666 72 Avenue).

The conference is being held free of charge and lunch will be provided.
